The Social Reckoning

I watched The West Wing in my 20s and became fascinated with the way the characters talked to each other and the words the used ... I'll admit I didn't understand most of the political lingo but the words sounded important and pertinent and to this day, I wish I could write like that ... That was my introduction to Aaron Sorkin ... I've watched Molly's Game, Steve Jobs and a bit of The Newsroom and am still awe-stricken by how ... Words just fail me when it comes to describing Aaron Sorkin's writing ... Cut to the chase and here I am trying to review The Social Reckoning ... The writing, as usual, is brilliant ... I think the leads and cast did justice to it ... Story-wise though, maybe not as gripping and top-notch as, say, A Few Good Men, another top-class Sorkin writing, but The Social Reckoning delivers ... I did find the moving back and forth in the timeline a bit jarring but that's the only hiccup in an otherwise brilliant movie ... In the end, I thoroughly enjoyed The Social Reckoning and glad I picked this instead of Digger when deciding what to watch at the cinema the other day ... Okay, so this isn't so much a review as it is an opinion piece but I try my best ...
